Yes boys, it is a 2000 Trek 5900 Superlight with USPS paint scheme. The first frame made especially for Lance Armstrong and the US Postal Service team to attack the cols and mountains of the Alps and Pyrenees. Long before the Madone SSL, there was the Superlight.

Made from OCLV 110 carbon, the frame alone weighs just 2.2 lbs. (I crap bigger than that). The fork is also OCLV 110. Very light.

This is my new project. The frame has an integrated fork and headset, but that is all that I bought. Now it needs some wheels, components and all of the other pieces. Come back later for progress reports.
