Pre-heat = COLD

Started at 7AM, at 46 degrees. Chilly ride to the dam road, where sunshine started to warm it up. However, it never got over 55 until after I reached the top of Deer Creek. Rode it 37 seconds faster than last friday. Lots of guys in shorts, short sleeves must have frozen on the downhill, cause I had long sleeves and a vest and it was COLD.

Stood outside just now, boiling in the spring sun. Guess I'll enjoy a lazy day of food and beverages to celebrate another holiday.

Staying at a lower altitude was much warmer. Started out at 7:50 with leg and arm warmers. Shed the arm warmers and gloves in Chatfield and was perfectly comfortable.
